I'm Adam Dunn, a multifamily investment sales broker at Berkadia - one of the nation's leading commercial real estate firms. My team and I specialize exclusively in apartment buildings, multihousing assets, and land across the Northeast, and we've closed over $5 Billion in transactions to prove it.
